A model originally designed by @tetsu_nishiyama of Wtaps with an athletic sole, because these were inspired by one of the most iconic basketball shoes ever made. Can you see the resemblance? It might not be as noticeable on this vulcanized sole rendition which first appeared on this "S" version which snuck it's way into the GR line shortly after.
