I always get a kick out of conspiracy theories, and this one is actually making a lot of good points.  It’s a touchy subject, but Benjamin Fulford makes a ton of valid points here on how this weapon of mass-destruction is used for political gain.  Also, note the upload date: 10/24/2008.
