Thanks to @mcconner_ I discovered The PMA Effect by @johnjosephdiscipline. I never knew of John, but I have heard of his band Cro-Mags, thru their rare and collectible Vans Old Skools, surprisingly, and not the actual music. I'm still a punk rock poseur, but I knew the term PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) came from Bad Brains, which I also ironically discovered through THEIR Vans collab with Supreme back in the day!It's a great read, and definitely going to be one of the books I will look back and attribute to my journey of growth and betterment. I also loved that he mentioned another book (swipe ️) that sorta started this whole thing for me, called Who Moved My Cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson! Go get both books on Amazon!
